Would you like a clear way to assess the style and behavioral tendencies of yourself and others in your team? The Personal Style Indicator (PSI) is a powerful communication and learning tool. Discover your own, and your teams', preferences, tendencies and personal style - and how it "fits" in the world around you. Determine your own and team member's behaviors around time, people, tasks and situations so you can be more effective at home and at work. The Personal Style Indicator workshop can be presented as a stand-alone 4 hour to 2 day group experience that will provide a solid foundation for other people, team and organizational development initiatives, like change management, strategic planning and leadership development.
The Personal Style Indicator workshop offers individuals and organizations new insight and perspective on how personal strengths and tendencies impact decision-making, problem solving, leadership and relationship-building in the workplace.
Developed by Everett Robinson, M.A. and Terry Anderson, Ph.D., the PSI helps identify specific style pattern(s) and assists individuals with understanding and articulating their natural preferences, tendencies, strengths, and their potential challenges - all of which can contribute to misunderstanding and workplace conflict.
A full departure from other limiting business training products that reveal "psychological type" and tend to box or pigeon-hole people, the PSI speaks directly to strengths. In a positive, fun format it shows people how to grow and demonstrate other characteristics and tendencies (thus why you are not limited by a "personality type").
